The Middlesbrough facility comprises a 2.4 acre site with a 23,000 sq. ft., 60ft high under cover fabrication area with a lifting capability of 2 x 15t and 1 x 30t.

New for 2009 is a significant investment in a clean-conditions fabrication facility for large-scale stainless steel fabrication. With complete segregation to avoid mixed-material work and cross-contamination, the facility offers customers a high quality solution for large non-carbon steel structures and modules.   

The site can handle fabrications on a large scale, either for one-off projects including large mechanical equipment packages or for series production. In addition to its large-scale machining capability, our other facility at Hartlepool also encompasses integrated fabrication. 

Our fabrication capability extends to a significant amount of activity undertaken at customers sites. We can dismantle existing structures and mechanical equipment prior to the installation of new or refurbished fabrications. Our expertise also covers the mechanical, structural and environmental  assessment of installations and equipment, along with recommendations and planning for their safe removal and replacement. 

In addition to the above, we provide labour on a long or short term basis for on-site customer programmes.
